Антикварная ширма “Золотая рыбка”

Antique Vietnamese lacquered double-sided screen from the first half of the twentieth century. The screen consists of six movable panels and is decorated with complex inlay and lacquer painting techniques. One of the sides is made in the traditional technique of black lacquer with mother-of-pearl inlay. Six unique highly artistic compositions adorn each section of the screen, and the upper and lower registers have an identical pattern. The other side is decorated with incredibly beautiful painting. Motifs with goldfish form a single composition. The screen is in satisfactory condition, with some small splashes of varnish on the painting.
